When you submit a scan request, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number. We also automatically record your IP address, browser user agent, the URL you came from, and any UTM campaign parameters in the URL at the time of submission.
How We Use Your Information
- To conduct the mugshot and record scan you requested
- To email you your scan results
- To contact you by phone or text if we find results, as noted at form submission
- To improve our service and measure marketing effectiveness
What We Do Not Do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not publish your name, record status, or any identifying information. Your scan request is handled confidentially.
Data Retention
Lead records are retained for up to 24 months to support your case history and monitoring service. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@clearrecord.com.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page traffic and conversion events. This service uses cookies and may collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tools.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
